Why the firm exists
Many organizations do not struggle because they lack ideas. They struggle because priorities, roles, workflows, stakeholder expectations, evidence, and implementation capacity are not yet aligned. Odoyo Consultancy exists to help leaders make that complexity workable.

Leadership
Patrick O. Odoyo serves as Founder & Principal of Odoyo Consultancy. He brings more than 10 years of professional leadership and more than 20 years of community engagement across strategy, operations, education, youth development, nonprofit leadership, social innovation, entrepreneurship, transportation, and cross-sector partnership work in the United States and Africa.
His role is to steward the firm’s standards, lead selected engagements, build trusted partnerships, and ensure the work remains grounded in clear decisions, practical implementation, and respect for community knowledge. Odoyo Consultancy is intentionally designed to support additional collaborators and specialist expertise without making the company dependent on one individual.
